5-Year Hereditary Health Guarantee
We proudly provide a 5-Year Hereditary Health Guarantee against severe hereditary and congenital conditions. If your puppy is diagnosed with a qualifying hereditary condition within the first five years of life, we will provide support and remedy options as outlined below.

Remedy Options
If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered hereditary condition during the guarantee period, you may choose one of the following options:
Replacement Puppy
Receive another puppy of equal value when one becomes available.
- Replacement puppy provided within a reasonable timeframe.
- Original puppy may be required to be returned at the buyer’s expense.
- Replacement is subject to puppy availability.
Purchase Price Refund
Receive a refund of the original puppy purchase price.
- Shipping, transportation, deposits, and additional services are non-refundable.
- The affected puppy may be required to be returned at the buyer’s expense.
